Collective Conscious Counseling is a depth-oriented, whole-person centered therapy practice grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens through a felt sense of safety, presence, and genuine connection. This is a space to slow down and make sense of your emotional world, your nervous system, and the ways past experiences and relationships continue to shape how you show up in your life. Through exploring patterns that no longer serve you, and building greater awareness, steadiness, and self-compassion, we will reconnect with your innate wisdom and move towards healing.
At the heart of this work is the framework of Regulate, Attune, Expand; a process that supports emotional and nervous system regulation, deeper attunement to your inner world and values, and expanded capacity for clarity, self-trust, and connection to yourself and others. Collective Conscious Counseling is an affirming and inclusive space where all identities are respected and welcomed, and where therapy is collaborative, intentional, and paced with care. This work is not about fixing or rushing, but about deeper understanding, integration, and more grounded ways of being.
Trauma-Focused, Relational Care
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, meeting you where you are in your unique journey. Drawing from somatic and mind–body practices, including EMDR, to support both emotional and nervous system healing. I also integrate parts work along with relational, person-center therapy that centers safety and authentic connection. Throughout our work, I take a perspective that honors your natural strengths and resiliency, along with the insights and skills you’ve developed throughout your life, while fostering growth and change thats gently challenging yet supportive.
